Plan

The first step in our software development lifecycle is to plan out the work that is needed. This will be a full understanding of the requirements that business is needing alongside the ordering of importance.

Develop

The next step is game time. NTA Creative will start coding out the project with scalability and efficiency in mind. We will have touch points and biweekly updates to keep the business informed of our progress.

Test

Testing in a crucial part is a successful project so here at NTA creative we take care of that for you. Functional and non-functional testing are the core of where our time goes. Based on the project timeline we will also build Unit Tests for proper maintenance in the future.

As requested we can do any of the following testing strategies; Functional, Non-functional, Unit, Integration, Acceptance, Performance, and Load testing.

Deploy

Deploying code might sound like an easy step but the bulk of the time will go into the documentation part. When it comes to a Production environment documentation is key for anything that is done needs to be able to be audited for the company’s sake. Saying that we will not only get your code live but will provide documentation on the steps we took to do so.

Maintain

Maintaining a project is like maintaining a home. Although the house was built some things stop working or somethings need to be upgraded. When it comes to software the same thing applies. Our team is here to assist with these patches when needed.

Provide users with the appropriate view and access permissions to requests, problems, changes, contracts, assets, solutions, and reports with our experienced professionals.
